1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work
This one-day course is designed for people who want to receive training in emergency first aid. It is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments, such as small offices. The course covers first aid protocols for adult casualties only.
First Aid at Work
This three day HSE ( Health and Safety Executive ) recognised First Aid at Work training course provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces. This course meets the standards required to help comply with Health & Safety ( first aid ) regulations and this in-depth course covers all aspects of first aid at work.
First Aid Requalification
This two day First Aid at Work Requalification training course updates the first aid skills of delegates who need to renew their First Aid at Work Certificate. The HSE ( Health & Safety Executive ) strongly recommends that you requalify within a month of your certificate expiring.
Defibrillator (AED)
This three hour AED course is a crucial aid to have in the workplace as it is proven to save lives. This training course including basic life support will teach you how to use an AED correctly and efficiently and will give you the confidence to act if someone has a cardiac arrest.
School / Child First Aid
This one day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. Whilst this course is excellent for schools this course is also aimed at parents, expectant parents, grandparents, babysitters and foster parents.
2 Day Paediatric
This two day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. This course meets the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Registration Requirements.

This one day course covers all aspects of first aid in emergency situations whilst looking after an infant / child. The content of this course has been designed to build knowledge and confidence.
Annual Skills Refresher
This three hour practical refresher course provides first aiders with an opportunity to practise and update their skills as a qualified first aider. This course is strongly recommended by the HSE for first aiders to refresh their knowledge and first aid skills anytime whilst their first aid certificate is valid.

Mini First Aiders
This practical, interactive and fun course is designed for pupils aged 7+, covering basic first aid training in emergency situations. Our Mini First Aiders Course is a three hour lesson in a fun learning environment. The mini first aiders will learn what is first aid, basic first aid including how and why you would dial 999, recovery position and more.. All our qualified trainers have extensive first aid knowledge, are experienced in working with young children and have a valid DBS check.
Supervising First Aid for Mental Health
Anyone can be affected by a mental health condition either themselves or a family member, friend or colleague. This course builds on the Level 2/5 Award in First Aid for Mental Health and covers a wide range of mental health conditions and goes into detail on the range of therapy and professional support that a person may be given by professional bodies during treatment for a mental health condition.

The UK has some of the highest prevalence rates of allergic conditions in the world. This 3hr course will give you the skills to prevent, recognise, and provide immediate treatment of severe allergic reactions ( including the use of an auto-injector). It is approved by Allergy UK.
Citizen Aid Training
Would you know how to react in an event of a terrorist attack? Shooting, stabbing or bomb explosion, Citizen AID empowers the general public in these situations of emergency and allows them to be effective in aiding the injured with medical support prior to the arrival of emergency services.
Food Hygiene
This one day course will provide food handlers with the knowledge of food hygiene and the hazards associated with food preparation and productions.
LEVEL 3 OUTDOOR FIRST AID - 2 DAY COURSE
This comprehensive two-day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with emergencies confidently, safely, and effectively, particularly where professional medical help is not immediately available.
